TimeKeeper Mod Android Version for xwidget

Android Mod version of the "Steampunk Orrery and Clock" Yahoo widget by yereverluvinuncleber.

PERMISSION ASKED AND OBTAINED from the original designer.

What's new:
- The seconds hand shows the battery %
- Imported font
- Added weather icons, moved to the center for better look on Android
- Added temperature over the moon icon
- Added right click options
- Added Hotspots (x2)

Tap on:
- The Analog clock to set/open the Alarm/Clock app
- The weather icon to open directly the Weather Details screen

Right click for:
- Time Zone Settings
- Update Weather
- Weather Info
- Change Location
- Change temp unit
- Edit the shortcut(clock)

Since the original one is much more complicated, uses some cool functions and javascript and was created exclusively for pc,
I think that for the pc users is better use the original one. 
I only made some minor changes. All credits go to the original designer yereverluvinuncleber.
